Corona Virus (COVID-19) Tenant Update

We are excited to hear that the City of Fresno is taking steps to gradually open businesses. Effective June 1st, our employees will be transitioning back to work in our office. Our office will remain closed to the public for walk-in services until further notice. We will be conducting a closed door operation and will be available to assist you through phone and email during normal business hours.
As the rent due date approaches, we want to touch base with all of our renters regarding rent payment procedures.
- Rent payments can be dropped off to our drop box outside the front of our office, Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. If you would like a receipt, please include a note with your payment and a receipt will be emailed to you. For safety purposes, the drop box will not be available after hours.
- Renters can make payments online through our Tenant Web Portal. If you do not have an existing account and would like to sign up to make online payments, please email Kayla@mastropm.com. Instructions to activate your account will be emailed to you upon request. Your request must include your name and property address.
- As usual, rent can be mailed to our office at 802 W Pinedale Ave Suite #101 Fresno, CA 93711.
If you anticipate that you will be unable to pay all or a portion of your rent, please notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include written documentation to verify your loss of income. Please be aware that if you do not contact us to communication your situation, we will not know that you need assistance.
